Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to everything you buy from OKS Technologies: Oks.1 packages, one-off projects such as websites, apps and design work, and monthly services such as marketing, SEO and managed Oks.1. If a signed proposal or contract says something different for your project, the proposal or contract applies.

• Oks.1 packages: full refund if you cancel before your account is approved, plus a 7-day guarantee if nothing has been published yet
• Projects: the deposit is refundable until work starts; after that you pay only for work completed, and you keep that work
• Monthly services: cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no long lock-in
• Money paid to other companies, such as ad spend, domains or WhatsApp message fees, cannot be refunded by us
• Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded in full

After you pay for an Oks.1 package, our team reviews and sets up your account, usually within one business day. If you cancel before your account is approved, or if we are unable to approve it, you receive a full refund.

If you are not happy within 7 days of your account being approved, and Oks.1 has not yet published any posts, blog articles or website changes for you, you can ask for a full refund. After 7 days, or once content has been published, the package is non-refundable.

Oks.1 packages cover the period you choose (1, 3 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another package, so there is nothing to cancel. We remind you by email and in your dashboard a few days before your package ends.

3-month and 12-month packages are sold at a discount and are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period. Unused time is not refunded or carried over if you stop using Oks.1 early.

You can upgrade at any time. You pay only the difference for the time left in your current package, and the new features switch on straight away. Downgrades take effect when your next package starts. We do not refund the difference when moving to a smaller package mid-period.

If Oks.1 is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, we will extend your package by the time lost, at no cost. This does not apply to outages or changes caused by third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google or WhatsApp.

When your package ends, the bot pauses automatically. Your content and settings are kept for 90 days, so if you buy a new package in that time, everything starts again where you left off.

Projects start with a deposit of 50% of the quoted price, unless your proposal sets different payment stages. The rest is due at the milestones in your proposal, and final files are released once the project is paid in full.

If you cancel before we have started work, meaning before the discovery call or first design or development work takes place, we refund your deposit in full.

Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers the planning, design and development time already committed to your project. If you cancel, you pay only for work completed up to that point, as set out in your proposal, and we hand over everything completed and paid for.

Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them. When you approve a final design or deliverable, that stage is complete and is no longer refundable.

We agree a timeline with you before we start. If we miss an agreed delivery date by more than 14 days for reasons within our control, you may cancel the project and receive a refund of any amounts you have paid for work that has not been delivered. Delays caused by late feedback, content or access from your side extend the timeline accordingly.

Websites and apps include 30 days of free support after launch to fix any bugs in what we built. Once final files are delivered or a site or app goes live, the project is not refundable, but we will always fix genuine defects in our work.

Monthly services, such as digital marketing, SEO, maintenance and managed Oks.1, run month to month unless your proposal says otherwise. You can cancel at any time by emailing us with 30 days' notice. Services continue, and are billed, until the end of the notice period.

Fees for a month that has already started are non-refundable, because the work for that month is scheduled and underway. If your proposal includes a minimum term, the minimum term applies.

Some costs are paid directly to other companies and cannot be refunded by OKS. These include advertising spend on Google, Meta or other networks, domain names, hosting, software or plugin licenses, stock images and fonts, app store fees, and WhatsApp message charges from Meta.

We work hard to get results, but rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control, such as search engine changes, competition and platform rules. Not reaching a particular result is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

If you are charged twice, or charged an amount you did not agree to, tell us and we will refund the error in full.

Email info@okstechnologies.com with your name, the email or company on the account, what you bought and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed quickly. If a payment is disputed while we are working to resolve it, we may pause the related services until the dispute is settled.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in place when you made your purchase applies to that purchase. The latest version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date.
